Join us for Sensual and Seen, a safe space dedicated to connecting with your sacred feminine. This transformative experience is designed for women seeking to connect with their divine feminine and reclaim their sacred energy back within a heart-centered container of healers (you are the healer my love), love and support. As you enter this space, soften into a journey of self-love and healing. The class begins with gentle stretching and light movements, focusing on opening the hips and bringing fluidity to the spine. These movements are not only physical but also spiritual, opening the flow of energy within. Setting the tone for the class, we delve into guided meditations that encourage a connection with your womb. Affirmations spoken in front of the mirror empower each participant to acknowledge their inner strength and sacredness. The ambiance is carefully curated with candlelight and hues of red and orange, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. These colors are chosen to invoke the root chakra energy for grounding and safety, as well as the sacral chakra energy associated with emotions and creativity. The intention is to create a space where you can feel rooted, safe, and free to express your wild, authentic, sensual self. Immerse yourself in the slow and sensual music that permeates the room, allowing the vibrations to harmonize with your inner energy (soul). The instructor guides the class through slow and sensual movements, demonstrating ways to connect with your body in a manner that feels right for you. There is no prescribed way to move – instead, it's an invitation to explore the innate wisdom of your body. The remainder of the class is dedicated to appreciating your body, womb and embracing the healing power within. Dancing becomes a form of self-liberation, a celebration of the body's innate ability to heal. The class serves as a reminder that your womb is powerful and intuitively knows how to navigate the journey towards healing. Please wear whatever makes YOU feel the most embodied and sensual. Bring water, yoga mat and journal. We will have a Yoni altar, bring anything you would like to add there (flowers, herbs, honey, picture of younger self, letter to self, picture of your child).
